Lessons for today ...... Today I had a conversation with a client who called from South Africa and this was our discussion.. His questions ' why am I always confused when a customer sits and wait for his job to be done, and this will make me delay his job? .......... My answers... Try to be competent to you work, sincerity, confidential, be inlove with your work, play a constant practice and research to your work, be a genius to solutions, let the clock Tik should waken you always and finally always thank God for the work he placed in your palm... Moreover you should have a fix price which can be negotiated since it's a private workplace, and also call or chatt up with customers to hear of how was your service.. this will help you to grow and always feel relaxed.
